Pipeline coating selection and application

Importance

Using our specialist coating knowledge combined with industry experience, we simplify the complexities of the surface treatment and finishing process for our customers’ parts and components; optimising material protection and performance for critical components.  We are able to bring you our experience and technical expertise from facilities across the UK and a number of international locations, all supported by key industry and customer approvals. Along with our ability to offer a specialist on-site work capability, these resources allow us to process reliably anything from ball bearings to subsea risers, all within tight timescales.  Our range of surface coatings includes:

Surface Coatings

Multi-coat epoxy paint systems provide advanced corrosion resistance for critical oil and gas components and structures operating in corrosive environments.

Thermal Spray

TSA coatings are applied by skilled application engineers using the latest wire arc technology. A service that’s trusted by leading oil and gas and marine suppliers and OEMs.

Plating

Electroless plating is a process which uses an auto-catalytic chemical reaction to deposit a coating onto a wide range of substrates. Components plated in electroless nickel possess an excellent combination of wear resistance, corrosion and chemical resistance.
